Thank you Sheila for posting about this! I read it yesterday and can thoroughly recommend it as an encouragement to get out and approach academics.Our role goes beyond library databases and should be to facilitate use of new web tools. This often means working in collaboration with other trainers (IT or general staff training units)and is good for our kudos and for helping staff to use new learning methods with their students.
